The notion of truth
Truth – the content of a statement or an idea being in accordance with reality or the true nature of things; statements or ideas with such content. The only path to a fully loving relationship is the path of truth. Anything else is an illusion and can at best bring you close to but never really into full contact and intimacy.

Truth provides a basis for full intimacy or the opposite. When we connect with what is true in ourselves, and another person embraces, acknowledges and perhaps even agrees with this truth, magical encounters and fully loving relationships can emerge. Through truth, a feeling of loneliness can be transformed to a deep sense of connectedness. In relationships based on poor contact, superficiality and illusions, truth always plays a key role in the break-up. Truth reveals the gap between dream and reality. Truth is the antidote to illusion.
