Welcome to our recipe section – your gateway to the world of plant-based cooking!

SHAPE Your Future Life offers delicious, plant-based recipes for you and your family. We collaborate with a range of talented chefs who have generously shared their recipes. Here, you’ll find a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, gourmet food, snacks, and dessert recipes.

Our recipes are presented in a user-friendly format, allowing you to easily adjust ingredients based on the number of servings. For each recipe, you can mark it as a favorite and write notes with your personal adjustments. We have also made it easy for you to convert measurements, no matter where you are in the world. The recipes include nutritional information, so you can easily track your nutrient intake. It’s also possible to print recipes, create meal plans, and compile shopping lists.

We hope that with accessible plant-based recipes and tips, it will be easier for you to prepare healthy and sustainable meals for you and your family. On our social platform SHAPEBOOK, you can share recipes with like-minded individuals and find support and encouragement on your journey toward a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

In the future, our diets will become much more plant-based. Although this shift to a greener lifestyle will require extra effort in our busy lives, it’s a change we must undergo for our health, the environment, biodiversity, and the welfare of the billions of farmed animals in our food production.

There’s no need for everyone to start from scratch when it comes to dietary changes. We have gone through the process of transitioning from an animal-based to a plant-based diet and have compiled a wealth of recipes, experience, and practical knowledge that will hopefully make it easier for you to achieve a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

We encourage you, if possible, to prioritize organic ingredients for both your health, including your microbiota, and for the sake of our drinking water, biodiversity, and our planet as a whole. By thinking creatively, we also have the opportunity to reduce food waste, thereby enhancing sustainability. Recent research has shown that the most important parameter for a healthy gut microbiome, and thus good health, is the variety of different plants we eat. Therefore, try to eat at least 30 different plants per week.

The recipes on SHAPE Your Future Life are all plant-based, but for practical reasons, not all are necessarily developed according to the Whole-Food Plant-Based (WFPB) eating principles.

If we aim to fully embrace WFPB eating, we should, as far as possible, avoid ultra-processed foods and instead consume meals made from whole plants without various artificial additives. The goal is also, where feasible, to reduce the use of oil, salt, white flour, and refined sugar in our food. If desired, many of our recipes can often be modified to fit the WFPB approach without compromising on taste.

We are grateful to the visionary and enthusiastic chefs who have wholeheartedly supported us by sharing their recipes. Each recipe includes the author’s name, allowing you the opportunity to follow them on their own platforms. For more information about them and their fantastic work, you can find additional details about the chefs in the “About Us” section.

We, the environment, and the climate are what we eat. Choosing a plant-based meal benefits not only our health but also sustainability and animal welfare. Even small changes can make a significant difference and create a better future for the coming generations.

Enjoy your meal and bon appétit!
