S – Sustainability
Living sustainably means choosing with the heart; making decisions that protect our Earth, reduce our resource consumption, and include plant-based foods that are less destructive and less taxing on the climate and resources of our planet.

H – Health
A healthy lifestyle and good health are supported by many different factors, including diet, exercise, no tobacco, moderate alcohol consumption, sufficient and quality sleep, stress management, strong close relationships, and a generally meaningful life.

A – Animal Welfare
In the global food industry, 80 billion animals are bred and slaughtered each year under the most deplorable conditions. Becoming aware of how our food is produced in modern factory farming plays a central role in a more empathetic lifestyle.

P – Psychology
A well-developed emotional intelligence gives us the ability to understand both our own and others’ feelings, which contributes to a healthier mind and stronger relationships. SHAPE’s psychology section is based on Per’s book series ‘Create a Better World’. The series consists of 6 reference books that guide you on your journey to shape your future through short articles, exercises, tests, and films. The series can also be read with children for inspiration and meaningful conversations.

E – Empowerment
Empowerment is about taking control of our lives and making informed choices that benefit ourselves and our surroundings.

SHAPEbook
It is important for us as humans to belong to communities. It is within these that we find support, inspiration, and strength among like-minded individuals who share our values and dreams. With our social media platform – SHAPEbook – we create a safe and positive community where we can exchange ideas, share our knowledge, and our experiences within the SHAPE universe.

Recipes
We collaborate with a number of talented chefs who have generously shared their recipes. Here, you will find a wide range of plant-based recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, gourmet meals, snacks, and desserts. If you would like to contribute plant-based recipes and beautiful photos with full credits, please feel free to contact us at ap@shapeyourfuturelife.org.
