Det lyder ikke klogt. Men marinaden er faktisk ret god. Det fik mig til at lave en sund og b\u00e6redygtig pulled portobello. Svampe er jo lidt seje og velegnede til at rive (eller sk\u00e6re) i tynde strimler. Pulled portobello kan spises i en burger, men strimlerne er ogs\u00e5 l\u00e6kre som tilbeh\u00f8r til blandede wok-svitsede gr\u00f8ntsager eller i en salat.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n
