det kompensere for usunde kostvaner. Selvom vi er fysisk aktive, kan vi p\u00e5 en usund kost stadig udvikle \u00e5reforkalkning og have \u00f8get risiko for kroniske sygdomme. Det er derfor, at vi eksempelvis kan udvikle forh\u00f8jet blodtryk og blodpropper i hjertet p\u00e5 trods af en god fysisk form.<\/p><p>Vores viden om hjerte-kar-sygdomme er eksploderet i de seneste \u00e5rtier. Anne l\u00e6ste medicin i 1990&#8217;erne og dengang var det stadig den g\u00e6ngse opfattelse, at hjerte-kar-sygdomme ofte er en naturlig konsekvens af aldring, herunder at vores blodtryk helt naturligt stiger med alderen. Anne har som led i sin uddannelse foretaget en r\u00e6kke obduktioner og har set, hvordan vores karv\u00e6gge kan blive s\u00e5 forkalkede, at de er stenh\u00e5rde og ueftergivelige og knaser, n\u00e5r de \u00e5bnes med en saks. Vi ved nu, at hjerte-kar-sygdomme ikke beh\u00f8ver at v\u00e6re en uafvendelig konsekvens af stigende alder. De kan derimod forebygges og i nogle tilf\u00e6lde endda behandles med de rette livsstils\u00e6ndringer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
