plantebaseret kan pege i samme retning mod et mere lykkeligt, sundt og b\u00e6redygtigt liv.<\/p><p>Kostm\u00f8nsteret Whole-Food Plant-Based har i de senere \u00e5r tiltrukket sig opm\u00e6rksomhed, idet det repr\u00e6senterer en livsstil med mange fordele, herunder sundhedsfordele, \u00f8get b\u00e6redygtighed, bedre dyrevelf\u00e6rd, \u00f8get psykisk velv\u00e6re og en f\u00f8lelse af <i>empowerment<\/i>. At spise hele planter og helt at udelukke animalske produkter og ultraforarbejdede f\u00f8devareprodukter giver en samlet tilgang til en bedre levevis. En Whole-Food Plant-Based kost er centreret omkring mad lavet af hele planter som eksempelvis frugt, gr\u00f8ntsager, fuldkorn, b\u00e6lgfrugter, n\u00f8dder og fr\u00f8. Denne kostform indeholder ikke animalske produkter, herunder k\u00f8d, mejeriprodukter og \u00e6g. Det samme g\u00e6lder f\u00f8devarer med tilsat raffineret sukker, forarbejdede olier, hvidt mel samt ultraforarbejdede f\u00f8devareprodukter (se mere i vores film \u2018How Ultra-Processed Foods are &#8220;Designed&#8221; to be Addictive\u2019).
