A noblewoman who is only half a person meets a nobleman. They both look delighted as they hug.

''Once upon a time, there was a woman who only felt whole when she was with her better half.''

The notion of symbiosis

Unfulfilled wants/deficiency needs may manifest later in life as a feeling of insecurity or a desire to be with one’s partner all the time. Or, perhaps, make us feel small. Some people have profound unfulfilled wants/deficiency needs that govern their life and cause them to only feel truly whole in a close symbiotic relationship.

Such severe consequences stem from early childhood wants/deficiency needs. Perhaps the person did not receive the necessary degree of contact and attention from their mother, who should have met their emotional needs and helped them develop self-awareness. Even as adults, they still carry the unfulfilled wants/- deficiency needs within them.
