The notion of sensing
It is important to acknowledge and understand that some parts of your brain understand different issues than your body does. For example, part of your brain rationally understands that smoking is bad for your health, while your – sensory – body and a different part of your brain crave the experience. In simplistic terms, your body represents your emotional and sensory side, while part of your brain represents your rational and reflective processes.
