A stable boy finds a jester’s costume in a chest. He puts on this and other costumes, adapts to the king’s need for entertainment and juggles to amuse the king. The stable boy is keen to contribute wherever he is needed, he is not afraid to make a fool of himself, and he is adaptable because he has high self-esteem.
"Once upon a time, there was an agile and adaptable man who loved himself."
The notion of self-esteem and confidence
Most of our CHARACTER, SUBSTANCE and STYLE relate to our self-esteem: our authenticity, integrity, nurture, humility, holding back, self-assurance, insight, calm, resonance, vision, communication, creativity, public speaking skills, power of expression, musicality, appearance, intentionality, engagement and inclusion are conditioned by and rest on our emotional foundation. And we know that no building can be stronger than its foundation.
