It is morning. The princess is waking up. On the wall is a rating board showing ratings of her needs. We see a close-up of the board listing all her needs. In scene three, the princess gets a shoulder rub. In the evening, the princess and the prince sit by a campfire, talking about the big questions in life.

"Once upon a time, there was a woman who learned to rate her needs."

The notion of rating

If we think of our inner emotional life as a soup of different feelings that set the tone for our day and our life, it is hardly surprising if we sometimes struggle to identify exactly what is at play and to examine and become aware of what is going on inside us. When we are carried by undefined basic moods and are unaccustomed with describing our emotions, we lack both an inner and an outer language to address our emotional processes.
