The foundation of personal leadership is personal responsibility. This responsibility rests on self-esteem. If our self-esteem is not intact, we are probably setting our life’s goals too low and ending up in the wrong place with the wrong job, the wrong partner, the wrong friends and so forth.
Our personal responsibility underpins our personal mission, vision and values. If we do not know what we really have to offer as persons or where we would like to go in life and how, how can we possibly navigate and deal with what we encounter and are offered throughout our lives?
