The notion of not being able to work it out

In order to ‘work it out’ we have to ‘go in’ – accessing the problem, the emotion or the consideration. The keyword here is contact. We need to be in close contact with the heart of the matter and the emotions it evokes. By carefully and attentively sensing our own body we gain the information we need for a rational decision making process.
