The wizard listens to a man. Behind the wizard there is a boy doing cartwheels, a noblewoman floating on a cloud and a nobleman having an epiphany. A woman stands in front of the wizard, listening with rapt attention.

"Once upon a time, there was an insightful man who excelled at listening, seeing, feeling, thinking, speaking, and understanding."

The notion of coaching

As human beings we develop when we are mirrored by another human being. Particularly when we receive qualified feedback from an insightful and well-educated person, who has undergone extensive personal development.

A coach can offer real help when he or she is able to listen, see, feel, speak and understand without projecting his or her own psychological baggage and issues on the person seeking help.

When we master the art of setting our own baggage aside during coaching while being with the client in the moment and focusing on the client’s current goals and needs in a mutually agreed context with clearly defined roles, we can offer valuable assistance in a personal development process.
